The Greenleaf Center – Iceland is a non-profit group whose purpose is to promote the understanding and practice of servant leadership and is a member of the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership, Indiana.

The center promotes servant leadership in Iceland with educational work, including activities such as conferences, workshops, training, and/or the support of servant leader learning communities.

The center is run by a team of three leaders whose role is to follow up a strategy set by a larger team of around thirty members committed to promote servant leadership in Iceland. The larger team meets once or twice each year. The team of three leaders meets monthly and is responsible forthe  practical aspects of activities run by the center. Activities are financed by participation fees and with support from organisations and companies according to agreements made for respective activities.

Members of the team of three leaders are: Sigrún Gunnarsdóttir, Erna Reynisdóttir and Þorkell Óskar Vignisson.
